Mr. Moreira serves as the Portfolio Manager of the Blumberg Strategic Asset Fund. Mr. Moreira was formerly the Senior Vice President and Partner for Falcon Real Estate Investment Company since 1992. During his tenure with Flacon Mr. Moreira was in charge of Acquisitions and Asset management as well as lead Falcon's special investment group. Mr. Moreira was also responsible for all of the development and redevelopment projects along with his latest project of establishing an off-shore Family of Funds to invest in real estate located within the America's. Mr. Moreira held various senior positions with Chase Manhattan's Private Banking Division, and culminated his career in charge of Chase Manhattan's Fund portfolio valuation.
Mr. Moreira received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami with a concentration in Finance.
Mr. Moreira is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Real Estate Federation, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
